When Bob Shuman approached us, it was an exciting time for his dealership. Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was on the verge of expanding from a small, one-car showroom to a large 15-car showroom. Business was booming.
Unfortunately, years in a small facility had put Shuman at a technological disadvantage. Their network was plagued with instability issues, and they didn’t know how to start integrating modern technology into their new facilities. The Challenge

The Solution
The first order of business was solving Shuman’s connectivity problem. In a facility as large as the new dealership, connectivity would be incredibly important and require professional analysis to properly achieve. Thankfully, the dealership is located along a roadway with a dark fiber line to tap into, so Shuman was eligible for fiber internet through our xConnect service.
To give them fiber internet capabilities, we ran new fiber to the premises and configured a network that would allow Shuman’s staff to reach gigabit upload and download speeds throughout the new facility. The new xConnect setup is faster and more stable than its predecessor and makes Shuman’s operations much more efficient.
