Xpert Technologies has provided installation of the SonicWall appliance for our restaurants in the Detroit area.  Prior to Xpert’s support, installing the Internet security device was a dreaded activity from the lack of confidence with the technology and frustration with the processes of the broadband carriers.  Our restaurants usually incurred excessive downtime.   Xpert Technologies have excellent network/communication skills, works daily and uses the escalation procedures of the carriers to get results.  They have always completed this effort in less than an hour.
